Azey.

Azey comes from Sarawak, and dreams being in Avenue Montaigne in Paris. His favourite food is Italian. Fashion is his world, and his motto is "Beauty is pain". How do you feel about Azey's baju Melayu and stilettos get-up?

Ava is from Jakarta and loves loads of shoes. She loves to grocery-shop, and recalls Cold Storage having "blue stuff". She would like to be in Chelsea, New York.

Taman Paramount LRT station

Khairi.

Mr. Khairi was waiting for the train at the Taman Paramount LRT station. He has a lot to say about the demonstration in KL that's a hot topic nowadays. "I am proud that Malaysia has political stability. These demonstrators feel like they have the right to demonstrate, but they are not complying with national policies. It's disrupting the system. I was a soldier during the Emergency and Confrontation. I feel like the demonstrators now don't acknowledge the struggle I have gone through, along with other people of my time". He has 3 children who are currently studying all over the world. He is helping out with a youth camp project because he thinks that "today's youth are too free". When asked about his favourite food, he likes cheap Malay food, and his wife's cooking. He also likes to eat steak.

Achik.

Achik was on his way to meet a friend at Pavilion. He likes modern and contemporary architecture. The clothes he's wearing is from MNG and Seed. He enjoys clubbing at QBa, Zeta Bar and Frangipani.

Such impossibly straight hair! Najihah and Nabila comes from Pahang, and naturally, they enjoy eating ikan patin.

Noh is the frontman for popular local indie band Hujan. He got his UNKLE brand parka from Bandung, Indonesia. His favourite food can be found at Tun Jugah food court in Kuching. [this is Noh's second appearance in this blog; next time I'll make sure I know who I am shooting]

Izrin is a style advisor for TOPSHOP Pavilion. She likes to eat Tom Yam at Vicchuda, a Thai restaurant in Damansara Heights.

Evelyn.

Evelyn's eatery of choice is Kiku-Zakura at Times Square.

Norman is dressed in traditional Malay menswear. They both love Rendang, and they look forward to eat Muruku during the Deepavali festivities. This photo was taken at a tiny digital art gallery owned by local artist Iizuldin.

Jes's  favourite local food is tauhu bakar and tempe bakar. She was spotted at a punk gig called Pesta Muda Mudi.

Juicy and Akmal love to breakdance. When they are not having Rendang during Hari Raya, they enjoy slices of Kek Lapis Johor.

Chun is blessed with porcelain-smooth skin. The secret to his perfectly-sculpted hair? Hair gum.

The Abishegams.

The Abishegams were dressed in black for a casual family dinner at Tony Roma's. Mr. Andrew Abishegam, head of the family, also works at an event management firm called X2.

Boon Teoh.

Boon Teoh was seen among the crowd that was present for Tangs store's opening ceremony. His frames were crafted by Viktor & Rolf. At the time this picture was taken, he was craving for fried Koay Teow.

Pavilion is a new development in Bukit Bintang, which comprises service apartments, 6-star condominiums, shopping centre and all sorts of others. The mall had its soft opening on the 20th, and the shops you can expect to find here are Club Monaco, Hermes, Jean Paul Gaultier, Versace, Marc By Marc Jacobs, along with other brands we are already familiar with. Fortunately, this attracted the better-dressed folks in KL.
